Tony isn’t as dead as his enemies had hoped, and if he can’t rid himself of the past hunting him, he might lose Addie forever, in this dystopian cyberpunk adventure.

Not too long ago, Tony and Addie were just two more desperate souls trapped in the Dust-blighted neighborhood known as the Blast. Then they found each other, and an unlikely partnership turned into an unlikely romance as they pursued their common goal: Take down the corrupt megacorporations, wherever and whenever possible.

But even those with noble causes need a paycheck, and the pair are flourishing as mercenaries in espionage, subversion, and occasional all-out mayhem. With Tony’s dark ops talents and Addie’s preternatural Dust abilities, they’re getting noticed by some big-time players. Unfortunately, one of those players doesn’t like loose ends.

Tony’s just gotten a message from the past. His old boss has learned he’s still alive and is hunting him with extreme prejudice. And she’s more than willing to go after his friends, his allies, even the Blast itself in order to draw him out of the shadows . . . starting with Addie.
