Timothy J. R. Rains is a Canadian fantasy author who grew up exploring the misty woods of rural Nova Scotia, battling imaginary Minotaurs and dreaming up worlds of swords and magic. He studied cartography and holds a degree in theology, and when he’s not lost in another dimension, he’s likely fly fishing with a cigar in hand. He lives in Riverview, New Brunswick, with his wife and daughter.
