J. G. Gates, who also writes as J. Gabriel Gates, is the author of fantasy, horror, and science fiction books including the Dragons and Aces and Luck Gods series. A graduate of Florida State University and Spalding University’s MFA program, he has worked as an actor, screenwriter, teacher, ghostwriter, and editor. He lives in Michigan, where he balances writing with arts leadership and local public service.
