Leviathan’s Mission

A distress signal from a distant galaxy, the place where the ancients went when they abandoned the Milky Way.

Team Payne is along for the ride, whether they wanted to or not, even with the little information that Leviathan had before he made his decision to go.

He brought others on board to help Team Payne’s members feel more at home, like they were part of a family.

Lev is intelligent and able to think critically, but when he attempts to play matchmaker, the opportunity for failure is epic. Just like his ill-advised run across deep space.

Declan Payne is convinced it’s a trap.

But the mission remains and Lev refuses to be dissuaded.

Encounter after encounter says there’s a lot more to the story, and getting to the bottom of the distress signal will take far more than going to the point where it originated.

The Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy is calling and Lev has answered.

Who walks away intact from Leviathan’s Mission?
