Grim Reminders

As a battle-hardened Fae assassin, Kane the Grim has seen his share of demons and monsters over the centuries, and he's left a trail of bloody victories in his wake. Two humans join Kane in his otherwise lonely calling. Ariana, the last in a long family line of witches, is always ready to throw down whether it's a magickal duel, a gunfight, or good old ass-kicking that's required. Joining them is Detective Avery Lynne, a tough, smart cop who keeps a close eye on them both while she learns the ways of her own hidden magick—and Kane has his eyes on her, too.

When a body turns up completely drained of blood, nobody wants to believe in vampires, but Kane knows better. As the deaths pile up, Kane, Ariana, and Avery go on the hunt, but the undead aren't the only things skulking around in the shadows. To make matters worse, an old flame of Kane's turns up out of the blue, digging up feelings that might be better left buried.
