Violet Rhinehammer planned to spend the weekend covering the festivities for the Junction Journal and helping with the beloved school winter carnival. But when a shocking murder interrupts the celebration, the cheerful holiday atmosphere quickly turns into a town full of suspects, secrets, and whispered accusations.

As longtime rivalries resurface and hidden grudges begin bubbling to the surface, Violet finds herself pulled into another deadly investigation.
