Tara Gereaux

Tara is a Métis writer whose work spans fiction, screenwriting, and creative nonfiction. Her debut novel, Saltus, was shortlisted for the ReLit Novel Award and multiple Saskatchewan Book Awards, reflecting the literary strength and emotional depth of her work. With a background in film and television as well as advanced study in creative writing and communications, she brings a thoughtful, layered approach to story. Her writing often engages with heritage, identity, and place. She lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, on Treaty 4 territory and the homeland of the Métis.
