In a fun new culinary cozy mystery, chocolatier and actress Becca Ransom must sift through suspects to clear her co-star's name when a suspicious death threatens to steal the limelight.

Spring has arrived in Larch Haven, Vermont, and the town is abuzz with excitement over a movie that's being filmed among the picturesque canals and cottages. Actress-turned-chocolatier Becca Ransom is dipping her toes back into her old life by taking on a supporting role in the film while trying to keep her family's chocolate shop well stocked with truffles and bonbons.

When the film's leading man—also Becca's former TV show co-star—Cooper Graystone arrives in town with his entourage, several townsfolk have stars in their eyes. However, those stars dim when the film's props master is found dead and Cooper finds himself in the spotlight of a police investigation. He turns to Becca for help and she soon uncovers secrets and grudges worthy of a soap opera plot. With a long list of suspects, Becca will have to sift through clues and motives to find the killer before the final cut.
