The end is nigh…Almost.

Violet has gathered allies for the war brewing on the horizon. Clara and Dave are still her two most stalwart friends, but the vampire, despite her temporary return to normalcy, is acting strange. Stranger than usual.

When the trip to see Marie goes awry, the worst is revealed. The vampires have stepped up their campaign to dethrone Clara and have done something to her. Something that has the potential to affect Clara's baby and turn this war on its ear.

Between trying to calm the enraged Sea King and convincing Marie why she should come over to Violet's side, things aren't exactly relaxing around the bar.

But there's more to come. Someone is playing sinister games, and a betrayal may lurk under the surface. Just when Violet thinks she has it all under control, she finds out the truth about Clara's affliction, leaving Violet to ask one simple question.
