Beware of Building Bricks

Penny Wiseman's family is obsessed with all sorts of building bricks. They have brand name and knock-off sets, imported and vintage. Among her parents' favorites are some very old sets from the 90's.

But this Christmas season they get gifted a peculiar knock-off set from Gutterman Sports, and something isn't right with those bricks...

For one, a hairy insect-like critter clawed its way from the bag and it seems to have a hankering for plastic. Particularly plastic in the shape of cubes. And this little "brick-gremlin" is even more resilient than a cockroach...

Penny's winter break is about to be turned up-side-down.
