Orlando Murrin is a novelist and cookbook author whose debut crime novel, Knife Skills for Beginners, is set in a Belgravia cookery school. He has written several cookbooks and the memoir A Table in the Tarn, about running a gastronomic bed-and-breakfast in France. A former president of the Guild of Food Writers, he also cohosts the BBC Good Food Podcast and lives in Exeter, England.
