Michelle Jabès Corpora is a New York Times and Indie bestselling author of books for young readers. Her novel His Face Is the Sun, the first in the Throne of Khetara trilogy, was a Junior Library Guild Gold Standard Selection and a Barnes & Noble Best Book of 2025. She began her career as a ghostwriter and has spent more than eighteen years editing and developing children’s fiction. A blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, she also loves Dungeons & Dragons, Tarot, and escape rooms. Corpora lives in Frederick, Maryland, with her family, their dog Charlie, and a guinea pig named Olive.
