May Cobb

May Cobb grew up in the piney woods of East Texas, the setting for many of her thrillers. After earning a master’s degree in Victorian literature in San Francisco, she developed a love for classic sensation novels before spending time in Los Angeles working in film. She now lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and son, where she writes, reads obsessively, and consumes cookies in the name of art. Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, The Rumpus, Austin Monthly, and Texas Highways.
