Lynn Austin is an award-winning author of historical and inspirational fiction known for richly imagined stories grounded in faith and history. Her writing career began after years spent teaching, raising a family, and living abroad, experiences that deeply shape her work. She is a member of the Christy Award Hall of Fame, and one of her novels, Hidden Places, was adapted into a Hallmark Channel film. Austin lives in western Michigan, where the landscapes of Lake Michigan continue to inspire her storytelling.
