K. R. Solberg is a graphic artist, photographer, and writer who’s made a career out of daydreaming and believes deeply in the healing power of stories. Alongside her writing, she hand-illustrates fantasy maps for her own worlds and for other authors. A self-proclaimed introverted hermit, she now lives in the woods of Wisconsin with her husband and two book-loving kids, working as a graphic designer at a local Bible camp. An advocate for reading accessibility and mental health, she shares her love of stories through The Palimar Saga, a flintlock fantasy series co-written with her mother, C. R. Jacobson.
