Jonny Miles ran away from home as a teenager with a dream to play blues guitar. He ended up in Oxford Mississippi where he was taken in by southern novelist Larry Brown. He has served as the Cocktails Columnist for The New York Times, written for a wide variety of magazines, completed the Paris to Dakar rally, played harmonica on Jon Batiste’s US tour (including opening for the Rolling Stones) and became a writer.
