Jon Cronshaw is a British author of fantasy and speculative fiction, known for crafting immersive worlds where moral complexity and personal transformation take center stage. A former journalist with bylines in The Guardian and The Yorkshire Post, Jon brings a sharp eye for power, politics, and nuance to his storytelling. He holds a PhD in art history, and his academic background enriches his world-building with layered cultures and belief systems. After the success of his post-apocalyptic Wasteland series, he turned to full-time fiction in 2017, writing epic fantasy that explores darkness without losing sight of redemption. He lives in Morecambe with his family and guide dog, Digit.
