Upside Down Magic

There's something wrong with Olmeda's paranormals. First, the fire mage can only produce ice, then one of the wolf shifters can't shift back to human. What's worse, it all seems centered around the Tea Cauldron, especially when an out-of-town witch suffers from the same magical issue shortly after stopping by.

Turns out, it's not the first time this has happened in Olmeda, and all the leads point to an old local dark coven. Is a witch related to the past trying to get revenge on the city, or is there a new magical threat targeting those close to me?
