Gerri Brightwell

Gerri Brightwell is a British-born novelist who lives in Fairbanks, Alaska, where she teaches in the creative writing program at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She is the author of Turnback Ridge, a near-future Alaskan tale of survival and resistance, as well as Dead of Winter, The Dark Lantern, and Cold Country. Her work often explores isolation, danger, and resilience against harsh landscapes and shifting societies.
