Elizabeth Chadwick is a New York Times bestselling author known for richly researched historical fiction. Her work has earned major recognition, including a Betty Trask Award and the RNA Historical Novel Prize, and she is widely admired for bringing the medieval world to life with depth and authenticity. In addition to writing, she lectures at conferences and historical venues, has contributed to television documentaries, and is a member of the Royal Historical Society. She lives in Nottinghamshire with her husband and their four terriers.
