When Annie Rutherford's boss makes her drop her dream project and help him start a nationwide chain of Irish pubs, she figures life can't get much worse. Enter Daniel Flynn...Irishman, charmer, hot rogue...and the new bane of Annie's existence.

At her boss's command, Annie and Daniel begin a crazy cross-country trip so Daniel can show her the best of Ireland in America. Daniel, a man happy to have no one to claim his heart, can't understand why this opinionated, travel-phobic American woman is so bloody interesting to him. Surely it can't be her sexy, though rarely rewarded smile, or her perfectly delicious curves. And it could hardly be the way she sees through the charm he lathers on as thick as butter on brown bread.

Though he'd only agreed to take on this create-a-pub task as a favor to Annie's boss, who's an old family friend, he's finding both the compensation and the challenge more than expected. Their time together is soon to end, and nomadic Daniel will be trekking to a corner of the globe Annie has no desire to see. Still, Annie hungers to make the most of these last days even if it means she's setting herself up for heartbreak. Can she tempt her Irishman to show her what it's like to be in like Flynn?
