The Tale of the Four Wizards

Illustrated The Tale of the Four Wizards patriarchs of the Realm from Ian's Realm Saga.

Silvio, our beloved wizard, whose mother sent him away to save his life in a little rowboat with three companions, and who would soon experience the force of evil.

Kaempie, one of the four wizards who tries to prevent the younger boy Meneka from rowing away from safety but who, instead, is pulled aboard and drifts to the northern, unfriendly shores of the mainland. It's in this story we learn of the protective powers of the Songs of the North Wind. We also discover the magical dagger that once belonged to the queen of Taikus as a group of miscreants use its power to open a portal.

Meneka. Not all refugees from the island of Taikus have good intentions, and it's Meneka that makes things problematic for his companions, and for the rest of the world as he wields a power fit for a dragon.

Reuben, who never really wanted to leave the island in the first place. He braves a return and creates a legacy that continues in Lost on Taikus (also included in this project.)
