Daisy Goodwin is a novelist, screenwriter, and journalist whose work includes the hit ITV/PBS series Victoria and the novel Diva. A former award-winning television producer, she created the long-running Channel 4 show Grand Designs. Her fiction often centers on women confronting fate and ambition, from a young Queen Victoria to opera legend Maria Callas. She lives with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs, and shares updates on her writing and historical fascinations through her newsletter.
