C. K. McDonnell is the paranormal pen name of Irish author Caimh McDonnell, a former stand-up comedian and TV writer who now devotes his time to novels at the insistence of his dogs. He writes The Stranger Times series, winner of Best Audio at the 2023 British Fantasy Awards, and is also the author of the Dublin Trilogy and its spinoffs, all Amazon bestsellers. McDonnell lives in Manchester with his wife and their two dogs, and also hosts The Stranger Times podcast featuring short stories from the series’ unusual world.
