Daggers, Needlers, and Skites

Skite, King of the Rats and de facto leader of the Black Docks, is never anything but busy. The city is still in a fragile place, as food and other resources remain hard to get, but Skite has positioned the Black Docks to come out of the Stone Elf attacks and subsequent issues stronger than ever.

But life couldn't possibly be that simple.

There are things going on that Skite can't explain, throughout the Black Docks, and when Skite doesn't know what's going on, there's always a threat of danger: to the Black Docks, to the Rats, or to Skite himself. He can't afford to spend all of his time going after Lord Palora, but he certainly hasn't forgotten about the man, either.

When he sends Sly to find out what's going on in Highrock, he gets an answer that he would have never guessed, and the crew has their next target. This heist is unlike any they've done before, and the stakes have never been higher.
