Blood of the Crown

The time of waiting has ended, for now is the battle of the crown.

All Will wanted to become was a knight of Alamore. However, after the last five years of training, after glimpsing what cruelty others suffer at the hands of the power hungry, he knows that dream has turned to dust. No longer can he only be a knight. One day, he will have to reclaim his right as King of Thornten.

His hope was to first become a knight but it seems that King Tollien, the tyrant of Thornten, is already moving to ensure Will can never lay claim to his lands. Homes are burning, war starting, people murdered, all in Will's name and he can't stand aside any longer.

Now he faces the final challenge on his journey to knighthood. Now he must do what he has avoided for years. The time has come to return to Thornten, to fight for the people. Yet, in this fight, he isn't merely joining the fray. This time, it is his war. This time, he knows he will likely not survive.
