Anna Bushi is a historical fantasy author whose stories are inspired by the books she loved growing up and her fascination with the human heart in conflict. Writing later in life, she explores the struggle between love and duty, often placing her female characters in difficult circumstances where they must find strength without traditional power, while her male characters wrestle with loyalty to king and land even as they fall in love. Her novels, set in medieval India, weave romance, history, and imagination into richly drawn worlds that invite readers to escape and reflect.
